- 1 can (13.66 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup (8 oz/240 ml) half and half or whole milk
- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar (or to taste)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract or coconut extract
- ½ cup (3 oz/100 g) guava paste diced (or more if you prefer)
Instructions
- In a blender, blend the coconut milk, half and half, granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- Add pieces of guava paste into popsicle molds (I add about 5-6) and then pour in the coconut milk mixture. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until they’re completely solid.
