Ingredients

- 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- ½ cup (25g) cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (I usually only use the white part of the onion)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Water to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl add the jalapeños, cilantro and green onion.
- Add the lime juice, white vinegar and salt, mix well. Then add the water little by little until you get the consistency you want.
- Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
