Ingredients

- 1 tbsp oil (I use olive oil)
- 1 cup (62 g) Colombian beans, cooked the night before
- ½ cup (125 g) cooked white rice
- ½ cup (75 g) cooked steak, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 Colombian chorizo, sliced
- Hogao (optional)
- 2 Colombian arepas
- 2–4 fried eggs or scrambled
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the beans, rice, steak and chorizo. Stir well until all ingredients are reheated. You can also add hogao to taste.
- Serve immediately with arepas, eggs, hot chocolate or coffee.
