- 2 cups (16 oz) chopped fruit, any kind (I used strawberries, kiwis, mango, papaya, pineapple and green apple)
- Heavy cream to taste (I use about ¼ cup or 4 oz per serving)
- 4–6 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
- Whipped cream
- Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Mix the chopped fruit in a medium sized bowl.
- To serve, place 3/4 – 1 cup of chopped fruit in a small bowl. Add the heavy cream and mix well. Sprinkle with half the amount of mozzarella cheese. Decorate with as much whipped cream as you want and place 1-2 scoops of ice cream on top. If you want, you can also add a little bit of sweetened condensed milk on top.
