- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup green onion, chopped (About 6–8 medium stalks)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups (400 g) tomato, chopped
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp chicken bouillon (Optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and the garlic and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomato and lower the heat to low. Cook for about 8 minutes.
- Add cumin, chicken bouillon, and salt and pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- Serve it hot or cold with any meal.
