Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped (About 68 medium stalks)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups (400 g) tomato, chopped
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chicken bouillon (Optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and the garlic and cook for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped tomato and lower the heat to low. Cook for about 8 minutes.
  3. Add cumin, chicken bouillon, and salt and pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
  4. Serve it hot or cold with any meal.
