Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hogao
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomatoes, seedless, chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chopped tomato and cook for 5 or until it’s softened. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and stir gently until the desired texture is achieved. Serve immediately with Colombian arepas.
