- 1½ cup (354 ml) water
- ½–1 tbsp salt
- 6 medium sized red potatoes
Instructions
- In a medium pot mix the water and salt. Then add the potatoes, cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce the heat to medium low and cook for about 35-40 minutes or until the water evaporates. Start swirling the potatoes inside the pot just before the water evaporates to make sure they are covered completely with the salt.
- Serve potatoes hot or cold. You can also serve them with a side of Colombian green hot sauce.
