Ingredients

  • 2 cups (450 g) fresh spinach
  • 2 cups (480 ml) water
  • 1 cup (100 g) chopped mango
  • 1 cup (200 g) chopped pineapple
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach and water really well.
  2. Then, add mango, pineapple and bananas and blend again until smooth.

Notes

You can freeze your bananas once they ripen, this way your smoothies will come out nice and cold.
