  • ½ cup (120 ml) vegetable oil or any heat resistant oil
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (you can also use rice vinegar or white distilled vinegar)
  • 1½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops, 1 inch (2.54 cm) thick

  1. Place the first 9 ingredients in a large resealable bag to make the marinade. Then, add the pork chops and close the bag. Massage it well to make sure the pork chops are covered with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Pre-heat the grill on medium heat.
  3. Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator and let them rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Grill them for 7-8 minutes per side. Make sure to cover the grill while they’re cooking or cover them with aluminum foil. Let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
