Basic Vinaigrette:

  • 3 parts olive oil
  • 1 part acid (lemon juice or vinegar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ranch Dressing:

  • ½ cup buttermilk or substitute
  • ¾ cup (250 g) non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dry parsley
  • 1/8 tsp dill
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Berry Dressing:

  • 1 cup (125 g) berries (raspberries, strawberries)
  • ½ cup (120 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

To make the basic vinaigrette:

  1. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl or glass and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Vinaigrette may last up to 2 weeks.

To make the ranch dressing:

  1. Mix the buttermilk, yogurt, parsley, dill, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl or glass and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Dressing may last up to 2 weeks.

To make the berry dressing:

  1. Blend the berries, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey and salt to taste in a blender and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Dressing may last up to 2 weeks.
