Coconut Popsicles With Guava Paste

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (13.66 oz coconut milk)
  • 1 cup 8 oz/240 ml half and half or whole milk
  • ½ cup 100 g granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract or coconut extract
  • ½ cup 3 oz/100 g guava paste diced (or more if you prefer)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, blend the coconut milk, half and half, granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  • Add pieces of guava paste into popsicle molds (I add about 5-6) and then pour in the coconut milk mixture. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until they're completely solid.
