Colombian Green Hot Sauce

- 2 jalapeños (seeded and finely chopped)
- ½ cup 25g cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 green onions (finely chopped (I usually only use the white part of the onion))
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Water to taste
Prevent your screen from going dark
In a small bowl add the jalapeños, cilantro and green onion.
Add the lime juice, white vinegar and salt, mix well. Then add the water little by little until you get the consistency you want.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
