Coquito (Puerto Rican Coconut Eggnog)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (15 oz cream of coconut)
  • 1 can (13.5 oz coconut milk)
  • 1 can (12 oz evaporated milk)
  • 1 can (14 oz sweetened condensed milk)
  • ½ cup 120 ml rum or to taste (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (more for garnish)
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Pour into one or two empty bottles and store in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top if desired.
