½cup120 ml vegetable oil or any heat resistant oil
¼cup60 ml soy sauce
3tbspapple cider vinegar(you can also use rice vinegar or white distilled vinegar)
1½tbspWorcestershire sauce
2tsplemon juice
2tspmustard
2garlic cloves(finely chopped)
½tspsalt(or to taste)
½tspblack pepper(or to taste)
4bone-in pork loin chops(1 inch (2.54 cm) thick)

Instructions
Place the first 9 ingredients in a large resealable bag to make the marinade. Then, add the pork chops and close the bag. Massage it well to make sure the pork chops are covered with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Pre-heat the grill on medium heat.
Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator and let them rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Grill them for 7-8 minutes per side. Make sure to cover the grill while they're cooking or cover them with aluminum foil. Let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
