Strawberry & Banana Smoothie
- 12 medium frozen strawberries (about 1 cup (200 g))
- 1 medium banana (chopped)
- 1 cup 240 ml fat free milk, soy milk or almond milk
- 2 tbsp ground oatmeal (optional)
- 2 tbsp vanilla flavored protein powder (you can substitute with peanut butter)
