Ingredients

- 2 cans (14.5 oz/ 411 g) whole tomatoes
- 1 can (10 oz/283 gr) Rotel, which contains chopped tomatoes and green chilies
- ¼ medium white onion
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- One big handful cilantro, whole
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until you reach your desired consistency. I recommend blending it in batches since this makes a large amount of salsa.
- Cover it and store it in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
If you can’t find Rotel, you can add 2-3 cans of tomatoes and 2-3 tablespoons of green chilies as substitutes.
