- 1 tbsp ground annatto (achiote), paprika or turmeric
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp oregano powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp black ground pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and store this mixture in a spice jar or air tight container. Use 1½ tsp to substitute 1 Sazón Goya packet.
Notes
If you can’t find these ingredients in powdered form, you can buy them whole and blend them in a food processor. This recipe yields about ½ cup (4 oz).
