Ingredients

  • 12 medium frozen strawberries, about 1 cup (200 g)
  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 1 cup (240 ml) fat free milk, soy milk or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp ground oatmeal (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla flavored protein powder (you can substitute with peanut butter)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
