Ingredients

- 1 small watermelon cut into large chunks (it should yield about 3 cups (¾ liter) of watermelon juice)
- ¼ – ½ cup (60 ml-120 ml) lemon juice
- 3 – 4 cups (¾ – 1 liter) water
- 1 cup (240 ml) simple syrup or white granulated sugar to taste
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon in a blender. If you want, you can strain it to remove the fiber.
- Add the lemon juice, water and simple syrup or sugar to the watermelon juice. Stir well, pour into a pitcher and chill completely in the fridge before serving.
