Description
This is an easy and quick recipe for making tender-crisp broccoli with a delicious roasted flavor. You can make it with just a handful of ingredients in less than 15 minutes.

- 3–4 cups (1 – 1 ½ lbs) broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to the bottom of the air fryer. This will add moisture to the air fryer and prevent any smoking.
- Toss the broccoli florets in a big bowl with the olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it. Air fry it at 375°F-380°F (190°C-193°C) for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the basket from the air fryer and immediately serve the broccoli. You can drizzle it with a small amount of lemon juice or toss it with grated parmesan cheese.
