Description

This is an easy and quick recipe for making tender-crisp broccoli with a delicious roasted flavor. You can make it with just a handful of ingredients in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 cups (11 ½ lbs) broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to the bottom of the air fryer. This will add moisture to the air fryer and prevent any smoking.
  2. Toss the broccoli florets in a big bowl with the olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it. Air fry it at 375°F-380°F (190°C-193°C) for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Carefully remove the basket from the air fryer and immediately serve the broccoli. You can drizzle it with a small amount of lemon juice or toss it with grated parmesan cheese.
