Colombian Aliños (Seasoning)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium tomato (chopped)
  • ½ cup 87.5 g red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup 87.5 g green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup 75 g white onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 packet of Sazón Goya con Achiote **See Notes
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup 50 g cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup 59 ml olive oil
  • ½ cup 118 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • You can store this sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. You can also freeze it by using an ice cube tray. Then place the frozen cubes inside a Zip-Loc bag and store them in the freezer for up to three months.
