Instructions
Heat the oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat.
Add the broccoli and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Now add the green cabbage and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Add in the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, and then stir to mix well.
Add the water or chicken broth, if using. Cover the pan and steam for about 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli turns bright green. The vegetables should be firm and not soggy. Serve immediately.
