- 2 cups chopped tomato, about 5–6 medium tomatoes
- ¼ red onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, chopped and seeded
- ¼ cup (12 g) chopped cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Juice of a medium lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
