Description
This vegetable stir fry is an easy and quick way to prepare delicious vegetables with few ingredients.

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups (700 g) broccoli florets
- 4 cups (400 g) green cabbage, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp ground ginger (You can also use fresh ginger to taste)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (You can also use 1 clove of fresh garlic finely chopped)
- ¼ cup (59 ml) plus 2 tbsp water or chicken broth (Optional)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the broccoli and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add the green cabbage and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add in the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, and then stir to mix well.
- Add the water or chicken broth, if using. Cover the pan and steam for about 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli turns bright green. The vegetables should be firm and not soggy. Serve immediately.
